You may return unopened items sold and fulfilled by TopTherm within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. If your package was damaged or broken, or if any of the sachets are damaged or open, you may also return the merchandise to TopTherm.
If you purchased a TopTherm product from another online source or from a retail store, you should contact them for their return instructions.
To request your return authorization, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund of the purchase price or a merchandise credit for future use.
Please place the items you are returning in a box, and Our customer service will send you the return label to send the product to TopTherm. Follow the directions provided in the return authorization email regarding pick up of the items.
